Originally formed as a result of the UK Government’s national “Sing Up” program - which ran for four years from 2007. King’s College ‘helped to bring quality singing to school children across the local community, culminating in concerts at their world famous chapel. Twenty-five Cambridgeshire primary schools took part, and King’s Junior Voices was formed ... We are a free, non-auditioned Saturday morning choir for Cambridge children aged 7-13, which meets from 10.30am-12.00 in King’s College School Hall ... Older members of the choir can stay on until they are 16 in our extension group “The Robins” which stays on for an additional forty-five minutes each Saturday. Membership of this group is by invitation’.
