Those who come to live here seem to share the love of the place and its surroundings and they also bring their interests and talents with them. An excellent start for any group. Programmes are arranged in advance and usually presented by our members over a 2 hour period and includes an interval for refreshments.'

Lancing Ukulele Village Club (L.U.V. Club) is a new uke jam for Lancing, West Sussex. Organised by the people behind Worthing's Wukulele, we endeavour to bring our love of the ukulele to Lancing Village. L.U.V. Club is open to complete beginners and expert players alike from the ages of 16 to 106. We will play a broad range of popular music tunes, sing along, have a drink or two and strum our cares away. It is a friendly, sociable club and we believe that musical experience (or lack of it) should be no barrier to enjoyment.‘

‘Meets fortnightly to enjoy recorded classical music presented by members or guest presenters. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and we welcome guests, prospective members and visitors. The choice of music is a personal one but usually reflects a theme like the music of a country or historical period. However, programmes consisting of a selection of personal favourites can be just as popular. There is no pressure to present a programme and indeed most members just come to listen and enjoy good company.’
