We use the word "Folk" loosely as we encourage an eclectic mix of musical styles. Performing chorus for the West Midlands Barbershop Harmony Club - a chorus of approximately 35 males from all age groups ... We are West Midlands based, but will perform outside of that area if required. We're not a theatrical, theological or thespian organisation; we sing unaccompanied four-part close-harmony (a capella) in traditional barbershop style.'

‘Formed in Smethwick in 1943 by a group of Air Raid Wardens who wanted to continue friendships made during the war. In performing up to twenty concerts a year, we are proud to share our music with audiences in venues which include Tewkesbury Abbey, Gloucester Cathedral, Symphony Hall Birmingham, in local churches, and on other concert stages. We have undertaken several concert tours in the UK and overseas, enjoying both fellowship and music as well as raising money for the RNLI and local charities. Led by a young team of enthusiatic musicians, the choir has introduced a modern approach to its music.’
