‘We are a group of ukulele enthusiasts who gather to sing and play together ... From 7 to 8pm is a Beginners/Easy Song session, then from 8 to 9pm we have an Improvers session where we may work on new songs or to improve existing ones. What happens after 9pm will depend on who remains after the break ... We are predominantly a wooden ukulele club, although we welcome banjo-ukes as long as they are sensitively played. Sorry but we cannot accommodate other instruments ... We play mainly for our own entertainment but we are available for bookings and we will consider charitable events.‘
