‘Based in London, singing in Bulgarian ... the London Bulgarian Choir invite you to join them in finding that ancient resonance in the depth of the human heart ... We are primarily a performing choir, and have sung in churches, concert halls, festival tents, rock concerts, television studios, embassies, nightclubs, restaurants, pubs, hilltops, village squares and a barge on the Thames ... Membership ... is open to anyone - male or female - who enjoys this unique kind of music and style of singing. We have over 35 members from all around the world. Each brings to the choir their own special qualities. New members are welcomed - we don't audition, but we do have a waiting list.’
