‘If you love playing in an orchestra but get a little bored in repetitive rehearsals then the LRO might be what you are looking for… At LRO we rehearse a different work each week,  normally finishing with a complete run-through.  We aim for excellent progress during that session. Occasionally we perform a selection of works from the repertoire – usually in charity concerts.
