‘We are a friendly amateur orchestra of around 50 players ... and perform three concerts a year. Our repertoire includes new music, including several works commissioned by the NEO, along with a variety of more familiar classical pieces ... We welcome enquiries from potential new members - players usually join for a trial period, and for some principal positions an audition may be required.’
