'With the East Devon Music Festival, we aim to take classical music to many venues in East Devon every other year, with additionally a single concert in the intervening years ... Our aim is to bring classical music of the highest quality to East Devon through young, experienced and professional musicians from mostly outside the county.' Held Mid June [2020]

‘A place where young musicians of Grade 1 standard upwards can meet together and play a variety of music ... We always welcome new musicians ... Whatever instrument (we are happy to welcome saxophonoists too) you play we would love you to come along and find out what makes orchestral playing special. We have music which accommodates all abilities and if we don’t have a part easy enough for you, we will create one! ... Scratch! is a new ensemble for Primary aged children (most likely Key Stage 2) who have little or no experience of playing a musical instrument.‘

‘Formed in 1987, is now the most widely respected and recognised choir in East Devon. Essentially a chamber choir, the Sheldon Singers perform a broad range of music, from madrigals to oratorios. Two main concerts are given each year, with the summer season devoted either to an overseas tour or to a residential period at one of England’s great cathedrals.’

'A mixed-voice community choir with around 28 members, founded in 2014 ... We sing A Cappella (unaccompanied) which means that not only do our audiences hear the voices & parts, but we can also hear each other to make the most of our ensemble. Members live in East Devon towns and villages in or close to the Tale Valley ... We sing a wide variety of music, from Medieval French to old pop classics. We've done drinking songs, Swedish wedding songs, folk songs & Christmas music....definitely something for everyone.'
