'The Instrumental Instruction Service is provided by Education & Social Care during school term time by qualified instrumental instructors ... In addition to lessons, there are many opportunities for children to participate in various ensembles which meet on Saturday morning and other times throughout the week. Most of these ensembles are associated with the school or with Moray Music Centre.'

‘Based in the town of Keith, Morayshire, in the North East of Scotland. We are a non-contesting band with the emphasis on music which is enjoyable to play and entertaining for our audience. We always welcome new players of any ability and we are taking an active role in promoting brass playing for beginners. 'Formed by Glenn M Munro in 1992 from the Moray Music Centre senior brass band which, as with other music centre groups, only rehearsed from August to March with performances at Christmas and Easter. Seeing the potential of the group, Glenn gained permission to continue the group into the summer term and MCB was born ...'
