* Scunthorpe Musical Festival

‘Scunthorpe Musical Festival joined the British and International Federation of Festivals in 1924. Over the years we have grown into three flourishing sections, each lasting a full week. In October 2011, we were awarded a Gold Medal by the Federation for our organisational skills and we are well-known for being a friendly festival. We aim to encourage young people from all areas to gain confidence in public, to share experiences and with the help of professionals to make progress in their chosen disciplines.’ Held Late May.
