‘A unique organisation, founded by Rossi Dusheva and Ivelina Dusheva-Martial in 2014. That year the orchestra performed its first local concert in Notting Hill to great enthusiasm from our audiences ... Our Orchestra focuses on music from film and television, and on occasion also performs other genres, such as jazz studio orchestra arrangements ... Membership is subject to audition, however it is quite informal. There is a range of musical abilities within the orchestra, and playing standards tend to be roughly Grade 7 and 8.’ Formerly entitled the Notting Hill Film Orchestra.
