'The Wiltshire Police Band was formed in October 1985. With woodwind, brass and percussion sections, the band repertoire is vast and ranges from traditional marches to big band classics, popular musical shows and arrangements of classical music. The band performs with many community choirs and musical groups, and supports local charities and worthwhile causes by raising money at local and national events ... We welcome new members, there is no commitment to joining the police force.'
