‘Established in 1981 as a night class in military band music ... The band performs concerts at parks, band stands and events through out the year and supports charity events when possible. It welcomes all musicians who think they can make a contribution to performing. We accept all abilities as long as you enjoy yourself. The band's repertoire consists of military band standards, classical numbers, music from the musicals, film music, swing and big band.’
