'We now have over twenty members, who between us can boast an impressive crop of piccolos, concert, alto and bass flutes, which means we are starting to be able to explore some of the repertoire which is more heavily scored for the low flutes ... There are more flutes that exist in between and lower that we have every hope to expand to! ... Our public playing events are in aid of charities or supporting local causes ... We also try to bring our music to members of the community who are unable to get out and about.'
