'Come and be part of a truly uplifting community musical experience! Bowes Park Community Choir welcomes enthusiastic singers from the local area around Bounds Green and Bowes Park - and further afield. We’re a friendly, non-audition choir, now in our 14th year! As of July 2024 we have 68 members and there’s room for many more in all sections (SATB). We sing a wide range of music: classical; folk/traditional; world; gospel, pop/rock; jazz; musical theatre and film - and more. And we hold 2 or 3 concerts per year and sing at a few local events. Rehearsals are on Thurs nights (term time only) from 19.15 to 21.15 at Bounds Green School N11, very close to Bounds Green tube station (Piccadilly line) and local bus routes. There is also free parking at/near the school. We offer 2 free taster sessions at the start of a new term.'
