‘Epsom Choral Society has around one hundred and twenty singers, puts on at least five concerts each year in Epsom, London and further afield, and takes part in the Leith Hill Musical Festival in Dorking ... The choir was founded in 1922 with the aim of bringing education and public performances to the people of Epsom and Ewell and neighbouring areas ... A friendly choir and subject to spaces being available, accepts new members at the beginning of each term. We do not audition but do aim for high performance standards. An ability to read music is valuable in order to learn all the music for the concerts in the time available. Rehearsal aids are available from a number of online resources.’
