The Society was founded on 12th April 1943 – a particularly dark time for the city of Coventry, and a time when hope for the future must have been at a premium ... We run two choirs: the Philharmonic Choir and the Coventry Singers, both of whom rehearse one evening per week in term time ... The Coventry Philharmonic Singers (‘The Singers’) was founded in 2013 as part of the Coventry Philharmonic Choir’s 70th anniversary celebrations ... All our rehearsals are open to the public and to potential new members, so why not pay us a visit?’
