Listing Details
‘Singing can be good for your physical and mental health! It exercises the lungs and helps breathing. Not only that, but it can also improve sleep, increase alertness, improve posture and help lower blood pressure. Singing in a choir can reduce social isolation, improve mood and build confidence – as well as being a distraction from worries! Joining a choir can be a big step, so we don’t audition our members: all we ask is a passion for singing and a commitment to learn the music.’
