‘A small and friendly London choir specialising in early music and cake baking ... Named after Orlando Gibbons (1583 - 1625) ... Four concerts of wonderful choral music each year. We specialise in Renaissance and Baroque pieces, but with the occasional modern piece thrown in. Our membership has a healthy span of ages and nationalities, with people from all over the place and of varied seniority, from students right on up. There's a reliable pub contingent each week. Orlando was founded in 1994 and has around 30 singers.’
