‘A chamber choir which draws its members from across the West Midlands, predominantly from Birmingham, Solihull, Knowle, Hampton-in-Arden, Bromsgrove and Stourbridge. It was formed in 1995 when a group of friends from the City of Birmingham Symphony Chorus got together to give a charity performance of the Fauré Requiem under Simon Halsey, the CBSC Chorus Director ... The choir numbers around 20 singers comprising the usual four, mixed voice parts. We perform a wide range of music, usually presenting three concerts each year at various venues across the region.’
