‘An adult SATB choir in Salisbury started in its current form by its Founder and Emeritus Director of Music, John Powell, in 1975, although its history can be traced back to the early 1930s. We are a sociable choir which enjoys its singing and aims to perform to the highest standards. Its main purpose is to give concerts supporting other charities and to sing services in cathedrals and churches.’
