+ Avebury Vocal Ensemble

‘Formed in 2000 and formerly known as NUBISS (the New University of Bath In Swindon Singers). We are a chamber choir of between 25 and 30 singers who enjoy getting together to rehearse and perform both accompanied and unaccompanied music, encompassing sacred and secular works. We perform around three concert programmes anually in the Avebury, Swindon and Marlborough area, plus at least two Christmas carol celebrations each year. Each concert we aim to provide a large central choral item, either unaccompanied or with organ, and supported by smaller motets, madrigals and part songs.’
