The Band was founded in 1863, and has gone from strength to strength since ... There are currently 27 members in the band, along with several other occasional members. There are no fees to join or play in the band. If you're keen to join the band, find out more, or just visiting the islands and have an interest in local music, then please come along to a practice. Everyone is welcome, and we have instruments for anyone to borrow.’
