'Has been around for well over 100 years and is still thriving. With a strong contingent of players from Pillowell and surrounding areas along with a fast growing junior band the future of brass in this corner of the forest looks bright indeed. Affectionately known as The Stompers when they were formed due to the popular nature of the music played the band still enjoys a reputation for entertainment and can often be heard playing in the local pub garden (at our sponsors "The Rising Sun, Moseley Green") where the crowds flock in on a Sunday evening. The band also regularly performs on Bandstands from Malvern to Evesham as well as in concert halls and regular contest appearances.'
